The block (BO) has a case to accommodate a source e.g. LED, providing a light beam. An occultation device (D) has movable components (EM) that are placed partially in the case around the source to occult the beam jointly when the components are placed in a closed position, where the movable components are made of transparent and light conducting material. The occultation device includes driving units (ME) for rotatably driving the movable components on a small angular sector to place the components in the closed position or in an open position in which the components do not occult the beam.
