The system (1) has an integrally formed pawl (15) including a first portion (16) that is pressed on a valve (2), and second portion (17) projected opposite to a cam. The pawl comprises a third portion (18) provided with two regions (Z1, Z2) supporting on respective thrusts (3). The locking element comprises an electromagnetic actuator provided with a permanent magnet, a non-permanent magnet and a magnetic field generating device for generating a magnetic field. The locking element has a translationally movable part i.e. pin, and a rotatable part i.e. rotor, for securing the thrusts.
