<p>PURPOSE: Selecting an automatic camera for a video conference is provided to select a camera view related to audio input having the biggest rate of first audio energy for second audio energy and output a video of the selected camera view. CONSTITUTION: A control module(140) switches a captured video feed to a camera(150) heading for a face of a participator currently speaking. The control module transmits a captured video of a selected camera to a video encoder(170). The control module more properly selects a corresponding camera for capturing a video of the participator even if microphone energy detected by a microphone(160) is differently displayed.
