PURPOSE: A 3D image inspecting device is provided to simplify a device structure, to increase a testing speed, and to reduce the distortion of images. CONSTITUTION: A 3D image inspecting device comprises a light source(10), a pair of lens arrays, a pair of sensor arrays(30), and a control unit. The light source irradiates lights on a surface of an inspection object. The lens arrays form a phase by collecting the lights reflected from the surface of the inspection object. The sensor arrays convert the lights transmitted from the lens arrays into electrical signals. The control unit assembles the electrical signals received from the sensor arrays, thereby obtaining the 3D shape data of the inspection object.
