PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for reconstructing high-resolution tomosynthesis plane image are provided to improve picture quality by creating a high definition plane image of an interest region by deducting a projection data component. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray generator(110) is arranged on one end of a gantry(130). An X-ray detector(120) is arranged in the other end of the gantry. The X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are fixedly arranged while facing each other. X-rays generated in the X-ray generator pass through an object material(140).
