PURPOSE: A hydraulic power steering apparatus is provided to prevent noise due to an interval between a valve housing and a pinion housing and to prevent the leakage of hydraulic fluid and to compensate a gap in a steering axis. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic power steering apparatus comprises an input shaft(210), a valve housing(255), and an oil seal(290). The input shaft rotates by connecting an upper part and a lower part of the input shaft to a steering shaft(205) and a pinion shaft(240), respectively. The input shaft comprises a groove(303) in which grease is filled on outer circumference. The valve housing is combined to the input shaft. The oil seal is combined with between the inner circumference of the valve housing and the input shaft.
