PURPOSE: A reducer of an electric power steering device is provided to remove noise by a gap between an inner rotor and an outer rotor. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of an electric power steering device delivers power by connecting the driving shaft(411) of a motor to a worm shaft(401) by a damping coupler(420). The damping coupler has a worm shaft coupling hole(421) and a driving shaft coupling hole(423). The worm shaft coupling hole and driving shaft coupling hole selectively comprise a groove and a projection(423a) of an axial direction or a radial coupling groove(425). The worm shaft and driving shaft selectively comprise a groove and a protrusion(413), or a coupling projection(403).
