<p>The invention relates to a corrosion inhibitor, to a process for preparing it and to a coated electrode using the same. According to the invention, the inhibitor comprises 0.2...2% porphyrin, 20...25% phosphogypsum and, for the remainder up to 100%, a corrosion-preventing additive of the alkydic enamel type, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process claimed by the invention consists in mixing the components after which the resulting mixture is maintained at the temperature of 105°C for 1 h, wherefrom there results a product having a density of 2.96 g/cm, a melting point of 1460°C, a specific surface of 200...6000 m/kg and a particle size of 200μ. The claimed coated electrode is obtained by subjecting the electrode to a mechanical treatment, then submerging it for 30 min into a porphyrin solution HTPP at the ambient temperature, drying it at a temperature of 25°C for 24 h, then coating it with alkydic enamel to which 20...25% corrosion inhibitor is admixed, finally there resulting an electrode coated with a film adherent to steel and steel-carbon surfaces in saline atmosphere.</p> |
