PURPOSE: A double insulating structure with waterproof and root-proof layers and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a waterproof layer from swelling by installing a deaeration pipe for discharging water between a urethane layer and a base sheet to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A double insulating structure with waterproof and root-proof layers comprises a urethane layer(10), a base sheet(20), top mounts, and a waterproof sheet(40). The urethane layer is spread on a construction surface with a rooftop bottom(5) and a handrail(7). The base sheet is arranged on the top of the urethane layer. The top mounts are arranged on the ends of the base sheet. The waterproof sheet is fixed to the top mounts and covers the top of the base sheet and the top mounts. |
