PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing an ingot is provided to grow a single crystal with high quality by controlling a sublimation speed of initial growing materials. CONSTITUTION: A crucible(100) receives raw materials(130). A filter unit(120) selectively passes a specific component in the crucible and includes carbon. The filter unit is located on the upper side of the raw material and is formed along the inner wall of the crucible.
