The motor (2) has an assembly formed of a stator (4) with coils, and a rotor (6) with permanent magnets (45). An electrical connection plate of the stator coils surmounts the assembly formed by the stator and the rotor, so as to electrically connect the stator coils to a power source and a Hall effect sensor. The sensor measures the magnetic flux of the magnets of the rotor, where the sensor is electrically connected to the electrical connection plate and projects towards the assembly formed by the stator and the rotor.
