THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CIRCULAR KNITTED FABRICS USING ARAMID AND HIGH TERNACITY POLYESTER DRAW TEXTURED YARN AND WATER PROOF MOISTURE PERMEABLE FABRICS

PURPOSE: A circular knitted fabric using aramid and high strength PET DTY and a method for fabricating a fused fabric using the same are provided to process a knitted material with desired color, elasticity, and texture. CONSTITUTION: A circular knitted fabric is made of aramid and high strength PET false twist yarn. The strength of the high strength PET false twist yarn is 6g/d or more. The circular knitted fabric of moisture permeability and water proof property is fabricated by lamination of a circular knitted material and polyurethane film of moisture permeability and water proof property. The polyurethane film is a polyether(or ester or carbonate) urethane film containing hydrophilicity amino groups.
