<p>The invention relates to a bucket-wheel machine intended for taking over coal, ores or the like from a yard and placing the same onto a ground-based conveyor belt. According to the invention, the machine has a moving mechanism (D) which includes some carriages (4), each of them provided with a drive wheel (5) driven by a hydraulic gearmotor (F) consisting of a hydraulic motor (MH) and a reducing gear with two planetary stages connected in parallel, the said reducing gear having on its intake shaft (11) a normally-closed multi-disc brake (12), the hydrostatic energy of the motor (MH) being provided in a closed loop, by means of some pipes (16) and some hoses (17), by a hydraulic drive unit intended for all the gearmotors of the drive wheels, where the said drive unit comprises an electric motor (ME) of constant one-way rotation speed, a resilient coupling (15), a variable flow-rate hydraulic pump (P) which delivers the oil flow-rate to one direction or to the other one, depending on the operator's command given by means of a handle, a hydraulic protection system (G) consisting of four direction valves (18), two discharge valves (19) and a distribution element (20), a hydraulic oil reservoir (21), an intake pipe (22) connected to the reservoir by a valve (23), a return pipe (24) for the drain of the pump (P), a return filter (27), a filling and venting filter (28), a level indicator (29) for the oil in the reservoir, a drain valve (30) for discharging the oil in the reservoir.</p> |
