<p>The invention relates to a woven fabric having antiallergic properties and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the woven fabric comprises 100% natural cellulosic fibres of diagonal structure and a mass of 141 g/m, treated with a natural bioactive extract consisting of a Viola tricolor extract and/or an essential oil, and with a polymeric precursor. The process claimed by the invention consists in coating the woven fabric made of natural cellulosic fibres with a biocomposite coat by passing it on a padder coupled with a stenter, at 20...25°C, at a medium squeezing degree of 100% and a charging degree of 2...3%, through a composition obtained by stirring, for 15 min, 1...150 g/l of natural bioactive extract and 20...100 g/l of polymeric precursor, while admixing 1...5 g/l of sodium acetate and an equivalent amount of demineralized water up to the completion of the float volume, followed by drying/cross-linking for 20 min, at 60°C, with the protection of the bioactive coat.</p> |
