<p>The invention relates to symmetrical three-phase fractional windings for electric machine armatures having a number of slots Z=3(2k+1) and a number of poles 2p = 2(3k+1) for any number k = 0, 1, 2..., in respect of which the general relation Z = 2p ± 1 is satisfied, a three-phase winding being obtained from a winding concentrated on the tooth in two layers which are halved, meaning that each coil is split into two half-coils having half of the number of turns, or tripled, meaning that each coil is split into three coils having a third of the number of turns, the resulting elementary windings being electrically connected in series and spatially shifted in the peripheral part of the armature by one or several slots, with a view to increasing the distribution degree and thereby reducing the space harmonics content.</p> |
