The invention relates to a strain of Trichoderma viride Td49, deposited under the number (P) 001357 with National Collection of Agricultural and Industrial Microorganisms (NCAIM) of Budapest which is highly antagonist for phytopathogenic fungi and to an antifungal biopreparation obtained by passing the spent substrate from Pleurotus culture through a mixer, with admixture of superphosphate in a ratio of 0.4...0.5% for normalization of pH value and potassium content, inoculating it with 0.1% hydrogellified biopreparations based on Trichoderma viride Td49 and maintaining the resulting composition for 7...8 h while stirring at a certain frequency of rotation per hour, for the aeration of the substrate.
