The device (10) has an electric conduction unit (14) and another electric conduction unit (15) that are connected to an input end (IN) and an output end (OUT) of an electrical circuit, respectively. The electric conduction units do not contact a conducting plug (16) in a position. The electric conduction units contact the conducting plug in another position to generate electric flux by deformation of a tactile surface (11). A support surface (12) is positioned on a support plate (20) and spaced apart from the tactile surface by spacers (13). The electric conduction units and the conducting plug are conductive inks. The tactile surface and the surface support are formed by non-conductive flexible films.
