PURPOSE: A current reusing transmission and reception apparatus is provided to stably increase power sources by using two fixed power sources. CONSTITUTION: A second clock creation unit(300) creates clocks by using second fixed voltages as power voltages and by using a common ground voltages as ground voltages. A transmission data processing unit(500) receives the clock from a first clock creation unit or the second clock creation unit. The transmission data processing unit processes input data. A receiver data processing unit(400) receives the clock from the first or the second clock creation unit. The receiver data processing unit processes inputted data.
