PURPOSE: An LED module and a light system including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by transforming a metal substrate of a heat radiation structure. CONSTITUTION: A frame comprises a first heat radiation unit and a second heat radiation unit. The second radiating unit is extended from the first heat radiation unit. An insulating layer(312), a conductive layer(314), and a bonding layer(316) are successively formed on the second heat radiation unit. A light emitting device package is formed on the bonding layer. The frame is made of aluminum.
