<p>The invention relates to an electroconductive material meant to be used in the construction of planar electric heaters. According to the invention, the material is obtained by mixing and homogenizing at the ambient temperature an epoxy resin having a molecular mass of 800...900 g/mol, in a ratio of 15% of the material mass, 12%, as related to the resin mass, a hardener of the diamino-diphenyl-sulphone type, 10%, as related to the material mass, a reinforcing system of glass fiber as cloth or non-woven material and 75%, as related to the material mass, a graphite powder having a purity of at least 98% carbon and an average grain size of 50μm, without volatile content, for 4...6 hours in a suitable equipment, the powder being then pressed, the reinforcing system included, either free or in-mould, in the hot plate press, at a pressure of at least 25 kg/cm, with a heat treatment at a temperature of 150...160°C, for 2-3 h.</p> |
