PURPOSE: A movable user interface providing device for a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to conveniently operate a portable terminal in daily lives by operating the terminal with one hand with simple operations. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(110) prints out an UI(user interface) screen including at least one component for users. A sensor unit(120) senses the movement of a terminal device(100). A component extraction module(141) on a control unit(150) extracts the component on the UI screen. According to the movement of the terminal device, a component movement module(142) on the control unit moves the position of the component extracted from the UI screen.
