PURPOSE: A Styrofoam crushing and compressing apparatus is provided to form standardized compressed products and to easily dispose waste by effectively crushing and compressing bulky Styrofoam. CONSTITUTION: A Styrofoam crushing and compressing apparatus includes a main body(30), a crushing and transferring unit, a diameter reducing type draining pipe(37), a draining duct(38), an accumulating plate(40), and a driving unit(41). The main body includes an inlet(31) and an outlet. The crushing and transferring unit is arranged in the main body and is composed of a crushing blade and a transferring screw. The diameter reducing type draining pipe reduces the diameter of outlet. The draining duct is connected to the end part of the diameter reducing type draining pipe, and an opening(39) is formed at one side of the draining duct. The tip end part of the accumulating plate is rotatable. The driving unit slants the accumulating plate to control the inner diameter of the draining duct.
