PURPOSE: A composition for diagnosing and treating cancer using an antibody which is specific to a certain site of cancer-related proteins is provided to be used in an agent for diagnosing and treating cancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing cancer contains an antibody which binds with a peptide selected from sequence numbers 1-15. The cancer includes lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, skin cancer, colon cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, or pancreatic cancer. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains the peptide-binding antibody and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. A kit for diagnosing cancer contains the peptide-binding antibody. A method for providing information for diagnosing cancer comprises: a step of providing a biological sample to be analyzed; a step of contacting the sample with an antibody; a step of quantitatively detecting an antigen-antibody complex; and a step of comparing the detection result with a control group.
