PURPOSE: A packaging container of a wiper blade, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by removing an adhering process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a packaging container of a wiper blade comprises the following steps: molding materials for producing the packaging container(100) into a pre-form; and molding the pre-form. The pre-form is molded by mounting the pre-form on a blow injector in a sealed space formed by first and second cavities, and filling the pre-form with air.
