PURPOSE: A stator assembly for a motor and a motor including the same are provided to balance a core when the core is connected to a base and to improve the pulling out force of the core. CONSTITUTION: A stator assembly for a motor(100) includes a base(110) and an absorption portion(140). The base includes a core(130). A coil(120) of the core is wound. The coil generates the driving force of a rotating member. The absorption portion is combined with the base so that the absorption portion is arranged in the upper side of the core. The absorption portion absorbs the vibration or the noise of the core.
