The system has a sample case (1) comprising a body (10) equipped with a support (2) for supporting a sample tube. An absorption device is placed in the case. The device has an absorbing envelope (5) comprising rectangular walls connected between them on their entire periphery with the exception of a peripheral zone forming an opening (55) of the envelope. Each wall comprises an internal absorbing layer with an air-laid type non-woven cellulose fiber pad placed above and laterally around the tube. The envelope is fixed on the tube by the opening.
