The device has an air inlet (1) and evacuation openings (4) that distribute air in a closed enclosure, where the device is in a form of a tubular flexible sheath (3). The sheath forms an intake chamber (2) on periphery of which the openings are distributed. An inner membrane modifies air circulation of an outlet (5) according to positioning of the membrane in the sheath by a closing part of the openings. A guide is connected to an indicator to determine a position of the membrane in the sheath.
