<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain coat trouser by which the shoe is prevented from being wet even if riding on a motorcycle or bicycle at rain. <P>SOLUTION: A shoe can be prevented from being wet by expanding the width of a bottom of the raincoat trouser, and putting a sole (a), and by making the trouser and the sole an all-in-one design. Moreover, the trouser is made to be attached and detached easily while putting on a shoe by that all from an ankle of outside both sides to a waist is performed by fastener opening and closing of all opening. A mounting method is as follows: a front body is raised to a height in which the sole (a) touches the ground, a leg is inserted at a portion of the sole while putting on a shoe from an ankle portion of both sides that are fully opened, then the front body and a rear body are fixed by a hook-and-loop fastener at waist both sides, and an all open fastener of both sides is closed, thereby the mounting can be performed easily.
