<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced thermoplastic-resin sheet material which is based on a thermoplastic resin as a matrix, and also, is of high quality and superior in terms of mechanical properties and drapeability and to provide a process for producing the same, and to provide a reinforced thermoplastic-resin multilayer sheet material which is formed by using the reinforced thermoplastic-resin sheet material and also, is of high quality and retains drapeability. <P>SOLUTION: This reinforced thermoplastic-resin sheet material 1 includes the following materials: reinforcing fiber sheet material 2 which comprises reinforcing fiber bundles 2t obtained by putting a plurality of reinforcing fibers 2f together with a sizing agent etc., to be neatly arranged in the form of a sheet, in width direction; a thermoplastic resin sheet material 3 which serves as a matrix resin sticking to the reinforcing fiber sheet material; and an adhesive thermoplastic resin material 4 which melts or softens at a lower temperature than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin sheet material 3.
