<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: The conventional electronic apparatus, such as a TV set, outputs a too large volume when the electronic apparatus is turned on under an environment where a large volume output should be avoided, for example, during a relatively quiet time, such as early morning and midnight, or at a quiet place, such as a hospital; therefore, for example, the volume of an electronic apparatus, such as a TV set, has become required to be adjustable when the TV set is turned on. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus according to the present invention includes an information display section that displays output information when the electronic apparatus is turned on, and a change instruction reception section that can receive a change instruction of the displayed output information.
