<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that different temperature-controlling devices are required to raise the temperature of water in an aquarium for a fancy fish, a heater is installed in the aquarium, but when lowering the water temperature, a cooling device is required, and the cooling device requires a position to be set different from the aquarium, and needs a high price. <P>SOLUTION: The low temperature-controlling device for the aquarium for the fancy fish uses a Peltier element, and can warm and cool the water by a single device by changing the direction of an electric current to be passed in the Peltier element.
