<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pan allowing more sanitary management by allowing real-time confirmation of deterioration of a packing or a degree of pollution around the packing, and allowing simpler and easier replacement of the packing having deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: In this double-sided pan, because the packing 30 is extended on a first abutment face 11 after the packing is fitted in a fitting groove (the outside) 12, the whole face receives the pressing force of a second abutment face 21, adhesion strength in time of use can be extremely increased, so that the pollution degree around the packing can be immediately recognized in time of cooking to perform the cleaner and more sanitary management. When replacing the deteriorated packing, the packing can be promptly detached from the fitting groove (the outside) 12 by easily pulling the packing while grasping an upper piece 33.
