<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a print job without using a database that requires maintenance or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that user information included in the print job received by a receiving means is not included in user information associating the print job, the print job is managed in association with the user information included in the received print job, and the print job is stored in a memory means.
