摘要 <p>Provided are a drive system and a control method configured to reduce a shock to a third shaft at the time of start of an internal combustion engine during traveling in an EV mode. A drive system is provided with an engine (10); a first shaft (81) connected to the crankshaft; a second shaft (82); a first clutch (91); a motor generator (20); a third shaft (83); a first transmission (30); a one-way clutch (60); and an ECU (200) for controlling the transmission ratio between the first clutch (91) and the first transmission (30). The first transmission (30) is provided with a rotating ring (41), a pivoting section (42), and a rotation radius variable mechanism (50). If the angular speed of the pivoting section (42) is higher than or equal to the rotational speed of the third shaft (83), the one-way clutch (60) transmits only the power of the pivoting section (42) in one direction to the third shaft (83). During traveling in an EV mode, the ECU (200) disengages the first clutch (91), and when starting the engine (10) during traveling in the EV mode, the ECU (200) engages the first clutch (91).</p>
