In the present invention, a cooling device (1) is provided in a V-shaped engine (E) in which a front air pipe (12) and a rear air pipe (13) are disposed in a V-shape and a rear exhaust pipe (18R) is disposed on the right side of a vehicle body (8). The cooling device (1) comprises an air intake duct (24) and a fan (25). The air intake duct (24) comprises an intake opening (28) that opens toward the rear exhaust pipe (18R). The fan (25) sucks air into the air intake duct (24) from the intake opening (28) and expels the sucked- in air at a location separated from the rear exhaust pipe (18R).
