<p>A method and device for implementing virtual switch cluster cross-device data forwarding. The method comprises: a main control board setting forwarding logic with a main stack board and a standby stack board respectively; the main control board sending the same packet data to the main stack board and the standby stack board; when the main stack board is in a working state, the main stack board forwarding the packet data; when the main stack board is in a non-working state, the main control board setting the standby stack board to start working, and the standby stack board forwarding the packet data. The method and the device implement virtual switch cluster cross-device data forwarding, reliability of data link among virtual switch clusters is considered, and data forwarding between virtual switch cluster devices may be recovered in a time scale of milliseconds when a link is faulty.</p> |
