The arrangement (1) has two attachment parts (11, 17) fixed at a shell (9) of a motor car (3) by respective fastening devices (7, 15), which are provided with respective tolerance chains (5, 13). One of the attachment parts abuts at a stopper (19) of the other attachment part for producing a flush transition (21) between the attachment parts. The former attachment part comprises a tolerance compensating device (23) for balancing the tolerance chains, and a bumper (27) with an outer layer portion (39) that is latched with a base carrier (35) by a detent device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a component arrangement of a motor car.
