PURPOSE: A fluorescent substance and an electroluminescence device package with high light extraction efficiency including the same are provided to enhance chromatic purity and color reproduction range. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent substance comprises a yellow fluorescent material includes la2Si6N11:Ce or (Sr,Ba) 2SiO4:Eu, a green fluorescent material including (Sr,Ba) 2SiO2:Eu or (Sr,Eu) 3Si13Al3O2N21, and a red fluorescent material of CaAlSiN3:Eu. A light emitting device package comprises: a body(110) having cavity consisting of side and floor; a first reflective cup(122) and a second reflective cup(124), and a second reflective cup(124) which are separably arranged on the cavity floor; a first light-emitting element(132) arranged inside the first reflective cup; and a second light emitting element(134) arranged inside the second reflective cup. One or more of the first and second reflective cups include the fluorescent substance. |
