PURPOSE: An aging and fermenting method of food using the temperature and the pressure of sea water is provided to rapidly age the inside of the food without using a separate facility. CONSTITUTION: An aging and fermenting method of food using the temperature and the pressure of sea water comprises the following steps: inserting food or salted sea food into a flexible packaging container including a plastic bag; and inserting the packaging container under 30-60m of sea water in the adjacent seas. |
