PURPOSE: A mixing method of raw egg using an edible adhesive is provided to uniformly mix egg whites and egg yolks inside a fresh egg without breaking the egg shell. CONSTITUTION: A mixing method of raw egg using an edible adhesive includes a step of stirring the egg inside the egg shell in the speed of 3,000-4,000rpm for 20-60 seconds after coating the surface of the egg shell with the edible adhesive.
