PURPOSE: A method for transceiving signaling information for receiving a broadcast service in a digital broadcasting system and a device thereof are provided to efficiently receive signaling information by providing a transmission network required for an IP profile of DVB-NGH and signaling information of a transmission network physical layer. CONSTITUTION: A signaling information generator generates ULI(Upper Layer Information)(510). The signaling information gene generates NMI(Neighboring Multiplexes Information)(530). The NMI includes network information and physical layer information. An SGDD(Service Guide Delivery Descriptor) generator includes the ULI and NMI in an SGDD. The SGDD generator generates the SGDD(550). An SGDD transmitting unit transmits the SGDD to a receiving unit(570).
