PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting barrier polyurethane resin composition excellent in barrier properties and optical characteristics, and a cured product, an optical member and an optical semiconductor device each using the same.

SOLUTION: The thermosetting barrier polyurethane resin composition includes a thermosetting barrier polyurethane resin composed of liquid A including a polyol component and liquid B including a polyisocyanate component. The liquid A includes at a trifunctional or more polyol, and has a hydroxyl value of 550 mgKOH/g or more. The liquid B includes an alicyclic polyisocyanate and a prepolymer of the alicyclic polyisocyanate in which isocyanate group is left, and has an isocyanate content of 30.0 mass% or less.
