<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy in a reverse flow area in a flow rate measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A conversion map of a reverse flow area of a flow rate measuring device is set on the basis of a relationship between output and flow rate at the occurrence of pulsation including reverse flow. The reverse flow generated during use of a flow rate measuring device has a dynamic characteristic, but the conversion map representing a reverse flow characteristic close to that generated during use of the flow rate measuring device shall be prepared in advance. As a result, measurement accuracy in the reverse flow area can be simply improved without complicated processing such as correction of the conversion map during use of the flow rate measuring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
