<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water channel device and stream evaluation method in which an average required time can be evaluated rationally by evaluating a stream that flows in a water channel. <P>SOLUTION: A water channel device comprises a water channel section 1, a pump 3 which supplies water into the water channel section 1, a plurality of partition plates 8 which are disposed to block a stream that flows in the water channel section 1 and in which an opening 81 is formed through which the stream passes, and measuring means which defines an area of the water channel section 1 partitioned with a pair of partition plates 8 as a measuring block 6 and measures a physical condition of the measuring block 6. Furthermore, the device can also be configured by connecting a plurality of measuring blocks via partition plates as the water channel section 1. Moreover, the measuring block 6 can also be made into a tubular body with which a hollow part having a rectangular cross section is formed, and the water channel section 1 can also be configured as a closed water channel section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
