<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered capacitor in which short circuit failure between an external electrode and a terminal conductor can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayered capacitor 1, external electrodes 3A and 3B for connection with the internal electrode of an ESR control part comprises only a plating layer. When compared with a case where all external electrodes 3A and 3B and terminal conductors 4A and 4B comprise a baked layer, short circuit failure between the external electrodes 3A and 3B and the terminal conductors 4A and 4B can be prevented. In the multilayered capacitor 1, the terminal conductors 4A and 4B for connection with the internal electrode of a capacitance part comprises a baked layer. Consequently, infiltration of the plating liquid into the internal electrode of a capacitance part can be suppressed, and occurrence of poor insulation resistance can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
