<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily changing processors taking charge of a logical storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A host I/F part 100 has a management table 102 for managing an MPPK (Micro processor package) 120 taking charge of control of input/output processing to a storage area of an LDEV, and delivers an input/output request to the MPPK 120 taking charge of the input/output processing of the LDEV on the basis of the management table 102 when the input/output request to the LDEV is given from a host computer. An MP (Micro processor) 121 of the MPPK 120 performs the input/output processing according to the input/output request. The MP 121 of the MPPK 120 determines whether to change the MPPK 120 taking charge of the input/output processing to the LDEV or not, and sets the management table 102 such that an MPPK 120 different from the MPPK 120 currently in charge takes charge of the input/output processing to the LDEV when determining to change the MPPK 120 in charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
