A lidocaine-containing cataplasm comprising a backing layer and an adhesive agent (plaster) layer laminated on the surface of the backing layer, wherein the adhesive agent (plaster) layer contains at least one component selected from the group consisting of lidocaine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the total content of lidocaine and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof is 3-8 mass% relative to the total mass of the adhesive agent (plaster) layer, the adhesive agent (plaster) layer additionally contains oleic acid in an amount of 0.3-1 mass% relative to the total mass of the adhesive agent (plaster) layer, and the adhesive agent (plaster) layer has a pH value of 6.8-7.4.
