PURPOSE: A semi-automatic mold panel surface cleaning apparatus is provided to ensure quick coating and to enhance excellent constructability and product quality. CONSTITUTION: A semi-automatic mold panel surface comprises: a frame(P), a handle unit(H), a cleaning brush(PB), a wheel(W), and a power transmission unit. The handle unit is attached at the back side of the frame. The both ends of the cleaning brush are rotationally attached to both sides of the frame front side. The wheel is attached at both sides of the frame and at back side of the cleaning brush. The power transmission unit delivers torque of the wheel to the cleaning brush.
