A burner comprises: a combustion chamber, an ignitor (4), an electric heating element (9) and a power supply connector. The combustion chamber comprises an outer combustion chamber (8) and an inner combustion chamber (10). The electric heating element (9) is installed between the outer combustion chamber (8) and the inner combustion chamber (10), and is connected to a power supply through the power supply connector. The burner can provide uniform and high temperature field, so that the combustion performance and combustion stability of fuels are enhanced, the pollution to the matching equipment is reduced, and the overall failure occurrence rate of the equipment is decreased.
