<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for managing the cleanness of a condenser capable of appropriately calculating the cleanness of the condenser even by simple calculation which uses a fixed value as a cooling water quantity and capable of managing the tendency of the cleanness. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for managing the cleanness of the condenser includes: a tide level table DB 31 which stores a tide level table formed by calculating a tide level beforehand while making the tide level correspond to a time per date; a measurement part 11 which measures data for calculating the cleanness of the condenser; and a cleanness calculation part 12 which calculates the cleanness of the condenser on the basis of the averaged value of a prescribed time of the data measured by the measurement part 11 and the set value which is a fixed value used in the calculation. Furthermore, the apparatus 10 for managing the cleanness of the condenser draws a date and a time zone at which the prescribed tide level is provided on the basis of the tide level table DB31, and controls the calculation of the cleanness calculation part 12 so as to calculate the cleanness of the condenser 301 by using the data measured by the measurement part 11 at the drawn date and time zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
